This policy explains what information Eiger Site Builder collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to eigersitebuilder.com and to the websites we build and manage for our customers.
Eiger Site Builder is operated by your legal business entity name, registered at your trading address. For anything to do with your personal information, email hello@eigersitebuilder.com.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
If we display your Google reviews on your website, we show them exactly as they were written, attribute them to Google, and do not edit them or select them in a way that misrepresents your overall rating. If you would rather not have reviews displayed, tell us and we will remove them.
We use a small number of providers to run the service: a domain registrar and DNS provider, a hosting provider, an email provider, and a payment processor. Each only receives the data needed to do its job. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your business and contact details for as long as you remain a customer. If you cancel, we delete or anonymise them within twelve months, unless we are required to keep invoices and payment records for tax purposes.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@eigersitebuilder.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The websites we build may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits; where they do, no personal data is stored and no data is shared with advertisers.
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect.
